Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and creative Head of Content to lead our content strategy and oversee the creation of high-quality content across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing and editorial skills, experience managing content teams, and the ability to create compelling content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement content strategies aligned with business goals and marketing objectives.
- Create, edit, and proofread high-quality content for websites, blogs, landing pages, brochures, presentations, and company profiles.
- Develop engaging content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, Medium, and Quora.
- Write persuasive ad copies for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Create email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Ensure brand consistency and maintain a unified tone of voice across all communication channels.
- Research industry trends and create thought leadership articles and business content.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars and campaign messaging.
- Collaborate with marketing, SEO, design, sales, and product teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Optimize content for SEO, readability, and user engagement.
- Review and approve all published content to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Manage, mentor, and guide content writers, editors, and freelance contributors.
- Monitor content performance and continuously improve content strategy based on analytics.
Required Skills
- Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content strategy expertise.
- Experience writing website content, blogs, social media content, advertisements, email campaigns, and corporate communication.
- Strong understanding of SEO content writing and keyword optimization.
- Hands-on experience with AI writing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to content quality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or managing multiple client brands.
- Experience creating content for both B2B and B2C businesses.
- Basic understanding of branding, graphic design, and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience using SEO tools, content management systems, and AI-powered productivity tools.
