We're looking for a Head of Content who believes content is more than aesthetics, calendars, and consistency.

This role is for someone who understands how attention works, how curiosity is built, and how content influences perception, engagement, demand generation, and ultimately business growth.

As our Head of Content, you'll lead the content vision across brands, transform insights into narratives, and build content systems that help brands reach the right audience with the right message at the right moment.

What You'll Do

• Own and drive content strategy across multiple brands and industries

• Develop content frameworks that blend storytelling, psychology, culture, and performance marketing principles

• Lead ideation sessions to generate high-impact campaigns, hooks, and narrative angles

• Build scalable content ecosystems across social, video, founder-led content, thought leadership, and brand campaigns

• Translate business objectives into compelling content initiatives

• Identify trends, cultural shifts, and emerging formats before they become mainstream

• Partner with performance marketing teams to create content that supports acquisition, engagement, and retention goals

• Mentor and guide creative teams, content strategists, copywriters, designers, and creators

• Establish content best practices, processes, and quality benchmarks

• Continuously optimize content strategies based on audience insights, engagement metrics, and platform behavior

What We're Looking For

✔ 5+ years of experience in content strategy, social media, brand communication, or digital marketing

✔ Proven ability to create content that captures attention, sparks curiosity, and drives measurable outcomes

✔ Strong understanding of consumer psychology, storytelling frameworks, audience behavior, and platform dynamics

✔ Experience leading content initiatives within a marketing agency or fast-paced brand environment

✔ Ability to think strategically while maintaining strong executional oversight

✔ Understanding of performance marketing, content funnels, and growth principles

✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
