Head of Construction

We are reaching out regarding an urgent career opportunity with a renowned Real Estate developer based in Pune West

The Project Incharge will be responsible for the end-to-end execution, planning and delivery of the development, initially comprising three residential towers of 25 floors each within a 17-acre master plan. This leadership role will oversee all aspects of project management — from design coordination and statutory compliance to execution, quality assurance, timelines, cost control, and stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, proven project leadership experience, and the ability to drive large-scale residential developments to successful completion.

Mandatory Requirements

• Handled end to end execution of multi tower / township project over 10 lac sq. feet
• Managed team size (employees) >20
• Managed MEP, Quality, Safety, Stores.
• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 15–20 years of relevant experience

CTC Offered for the role is max 40-45 Lacs
