Head of Compliance

We are hiring a senior Compliance Leader (10–15 years PQE) for a large, multi-location retail organization, based in Gurgaon . Candidates from the retail or food & beverage sectors are strongly preferred.

* Lead and own PAN-India statutory and regulatory compliance across stores and warehouses

* Strong working knowledge and application of food laws (including FSSAI) and allied regulations

* Oversee compliance with labour laws, Shops & Establishment, Legal Metrology, GST, POSH, fire & safety, and related regulations

* Drive compliance audits, risk assessment, gap closure, and audit readiness across locations

* Build and enforce SOPs, governance frameworks, and compliance dashboards

* Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and external stakeholders

* Partner closely with legal, HR, finance, and operations teams
