Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Civil Engineering based in Jaipur. Responsibilities include leading civil and structural engineering projects, managing end-to-end project execution, and overseeing design and construction activities. The individual will be responsible for team management, budgeting, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. The role also involves ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards while fostering collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Civil Engineering and Structural Engineering with atleast 5 years of on-site and planning experince.
• Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and timely delivery
• Proficiency in Team Management and leadership, with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team
• Experience in Budgeting and cost control to ensure efficient use of resources
• Strong communication abilities and problem-solving skills
• A degree in Civil Engineering is required
• Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role within the construction industry is highly desirable
