Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for a Head of Channel Sales, Real Estate. The role involves developing and overseeing channel sales strategies, building and nurturing strong relationships with channel partners, and achieving revenue targets. Key responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new partners, training channel teams, monitoring market trends, and helping to grow AcreRise's presence in the real estate market. You will also play a key role in negotiating contracts and ensuring alignment between partners and the company's growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate markets
  • Experience and knowledge in Finance and Property Management
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop and manage successful sales channel strategies
  • Familiarity with market trends and customer demands within the real estate industry
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Previous experience leading sales teams is preferred
