Role Description

The Head of Business Growth is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. In this leadership position, the individual will oversee strategies for growth marketing, customer acquisition, and market penetration. Key responsibilities include formulating growth strategies, developing partnerships, driving customer acquisition efforts, and identifying new market opportunities to scale the business. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be vital to align on business objectives and to ensure consistent and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Growth Marketing, Growth Hacking, and Customer Acquisition strategies
  • Experience in Sales and Business Development, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding targets
  • Exceptional analytical skills to interpret data and identify business opportunities for scalable growth
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and foster collaboration
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with lead generation techniques and digital advertising platforms
