About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented leader to head our Sales & Business Development vertical.
This isn't just a numbers role it's about building relationships that last, identifying new opportunities, and driving Represent Media's next phase of expansion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Strategy & Growth
Define, lead, and execute Represent Media's business development strategy across social, digital, and influencer marketing verticals.
Identify and unlock new business opportunities across categories Build a robust sales pipeline, driving client acquisition, retention, and growth. Set quarterly and annual revenue targets, with clear roadmaps to achieve them.
2. Client & Market Development
Build and nurture high-value relationships with CMO's, CXOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, and Decision Makers.
Understand client objectives and translate them into strategic digital marketing and content-driven solutions.
Lead business pitches, presentations, and proposal development with internal teams.
Represent the agency at networking forums, industry events, and
partnerships.
3. Leadership & Collaboration
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of business development managers and client partners.
Collaborate with the Creative, Strategy, and Campaign teams to deliver impactful proposals and measurable results.
Drive a culture of ownership, transparency, and performance excellence across teams.
4. Financials & Performance
Oversee the sales P&L, pricing strategy, and profitability of accounts. Ensure timely reporting, forecasting, and performance reviews. Present monthly and quarterly business performance reports to leadership.
Required Skills & Competencies
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business targets in the digital marketing or advertising space.
Strong network of corporate and brand contacts across sectors.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Deep understanding of digital marketing services including social media,
influencer marketing, SEO, paid media, and content strategy.
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution and client
relationship management.
Ability to balance creativity with business goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
15+ years of total experience, with at least 3 years leading a sales or
BD vertical in a digital agency.
Prior experience in scaling an agency or business vertical will be an added
