This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad for a Head of Business Development. The role involves developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth, identifying new market opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and managing key accounts. You will lead and inspire the sales and business development teams to meet company objectives, analyze market trends, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop strategic partnerships, expand the client base, and build long-term relationships will be central to your responsibilities.

• Strong expertise in Business Development and Business Planning to identify opportunities and drive strategic initiatives
• Proficiency in Sales and Account Management to manage key clients and ensure customer satisfaction
• Highly developed Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, identify new prospects, and support strategic decisions
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration
• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
• Knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly loan products, is a significant advantage
