Job Description

1. Enterprise Brand Strategy & Positioning



  • Develop and execute a long-term global brand strategy aligned with business and valuation objectives.


  • Define and refine brand positioning, messaging architecture, and value propositions across services and markets.


  • Lead brand architecture across geographies, solutions, and verticals.



2. Pre-IPO Brand & Corporate Positioning



  • Lead brand strategy aligned with IPO readiness and public market positioning.


  • Develop a compelling corporate narrative that articulates growth story, differentiation, and long-term vision.


  • Partner closely with executive leadership, finance, and investor relations to align brand messaging with valuation goals.


  • Strengthen brand credibility and governance perception in preparation for public listing.


  • Drive reputation management and thought leadership initiatives to enhance market trust among investors, analysts, and stakeholders.



3. Brand Governance & Identity Management



  • Own and evolve brand guidelines, visual identity systems, tone of voice, and storytelling frameworks.


  • Establish governance processes to ensure brand compliance across global markets.


  • Lead any brand refresh or transformation initiatives required to align with IPO ambitions.



4. Integrated Brand & Growth Campaigns



  • Oversee integrated brand campaigns that elevate awareness and reinforce market leadership.


  • Align brand strategy with digital marketing, demand generation, and content initiatives.


  • Drive executive visibility and thought leadership programs.



5. Market Intelligence & Brand Health



  • Conduct brand perception studies and competitive positioning analysis.


  • Monitor industry trends and emerging narratives to strengthen differentiation.


  • Implement measurable brand health metrics and dashboards.



6. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration



  • Build and lead a high-performing branding function.


  • Collaborate with Sales, HR, Product, and Strategy teams to embed brand across the organization.


  • Partner with external agencies and creative partners to deliver best-in-class brand assets.



7. Employer Branding



  • Strengthen employer value proposition in collaboration with HR.


  • Align talent branding with corporate brand positioning to support global expansion.

The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline.


  • 10+ years of experience in branding, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.


  • Proven experience in B2B, technology, or digital transformation-driven organizations.


  • Experience contributing to IPO readiness, corporate positioning, or investor communications preferred.


  • Strong global exposure with ability to manage multi-market brand strategy.


  • Demonstrated experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
