We're looking for a Head of Brand & Growth who can own how the brand is perceived and how it grows, with equal respect for product truth, consumer psychology, and commercial outcomes.

This role sits at the intersection of brand narrative, growth strategy, performance discipline, and analytical decision-making.

What You'll Own

  • End-to-end ownership of Green And Beige's brand narrative and message discipline
  • Growth strategy across D2C, marketplaces, paid media, and content
  • Creative and content testing frameworks for Meta and performance channels
  • Influencer and UGC strategy focused on conversion and retention, not vanity metrics
  • Launch strategy for new products from positioning to go-to-market execution
  • Close collaboration with R&D, performance marketing, and operations to ensure brand truth translates into growth
  • Use data, experimentation, and funnel analysis to guide positioning, creative direction, and growth decisions not just report performance

Building the Team

  • Build and scale a lean, high-accountability brand and growth team as the business grows
  • Define clear ownership and decision rights across content, performance, and creative avoiding functional silos
  • Establish operating rhythms (briefs, reviews, post-mortems) that improve speed, learning, and execution quality
  • Continuously assess capability gaps and make clear calls on hiring, outsourcing, or eliminating work that does not compound value

This Role Is NOT

  • A social media management role
  • A pure performance marketing execution role
  • A brand-only, awareness-first role

This role is accountable for commercial outcomes influenced by brand and growth decisions not just content, tone, or visual expression. You will be expected to think commercially, make trade-offs, and take ownership for results.

What We're Looking For

  • 47 years of experience in D2C, beauty, personal care, or consumer brands
  • Strong brand instincts with comfort in growth metrics, funnel thinking, and performance dashboards
  • Experience working closely with performance marketing teams (Meta, marketplaces)
  • Ability to translate product science into clear, compelling consumer language
  • A high-ownership mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity and change
  • Ability to articulate thinking clearly to founders and cross-functional teams
