We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head Brand & Experiences to lead our marketing, brand, and community initiatives. This role blends brand leadership, experiential marketing, community building, digital growth, and partnerships to create meaningful resident experiences while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand and marketing strategies to strengthen market positioning and brand recall.
  • Drive initiatives that contribute to business growth through integrated online and offline marketing campaigns.

Experiential Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Conceptualize and execute high-impact events, activations, and community experiences.
  • Build engaging programs that enhance resident satisfaction and attract new audiences.
  • Create platforms that foster networking, learning, and social engagement.

Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships with relevant brands, organizations, and communities.
  • Lead co-marketing initiatives, sponsorships, and collaborative campaigns to expand brand reach.

Digital & Social Media Leadership

  • Oversee social media strategy across platforms to drive engagement, follower growth, and brand visibility.
  • Ensure consistent storytelling and positioning aligned with brand identity.

Influencer & Ambassador Programs

  • Develop creator, influencer, and ambassador networks to amplify brand awareness.
  • Execute campaigns that encourage community participation and digital engagement.

Content & Creative Direction

  • Lead the creation of compelling brand content including photoshoots, videos, and digital campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent visual identity and storytelling across marketing channels.

On-Ground & Outdoor Marketing

  • Plan and execute hyperlocal marketing initiatives, activations, and brand installations.
  • Strengthen regional visibility through strategic offline marketing efforts.

Website & Marketing Funnel Optimization

  • Oversee website experience, landing pages, and customer journey.
  • Improve lead capture systems and conversion pathways through continuous optimization.

Marketing Analytics & Automation

  • Implement data-driven marketing processes to measure performance and ROI.
  • Leverage marketing tools, automation platforms, and AI-driven workflows for efficiency and scale.
