Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AI & Automation Leader to drive the adoption and implementation of Artificial Intelligence across our organization.

This role will focus on practical AI deployment, leveraging modern tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, AI agents, workflow automation, and custom bots to significantly improve productivity, decision-making, and operational efficiency across departments.

The candidate will work directly with leadership to identify high-impact AI opportunities, implement solutions, and build internal capabilities that transform how the organization operates.

This is not a research role it is a hands-on AI implementation and transformation role.

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Implementation

Design and execute the company's AI adoption roadmap

Identify business areas where AI can increase efficiency, reduce cost, or improve decision-making

Implement AI tools across functions including sales, operations, product development, supply chain, marketing, and finance

AI Workflow Automation

Build AI-powered workflows and automation systems

Deploy bots and AI agents to automate repetitive tasks

Integrate AI into internal systems such as CRM, ERP, and reporting tools

Reduce manual work through intelligent automation

AI Tools Deployment

Maximize the use of modern AI platforms such as:

ChatGPT

Claude

Genspark

AI copilots

No-code / low-code automation tools

AI workflow tools

Custom AI APIs

AI Training & Internal Adoption

Train senior leaders and teams on how to effectively use AI tools

Build internal AI playbooks and best practices

Help departments automate workflows using AI assistants

AI Agent & Bot Development

Design and deploy AI bots for internal processes such as:

• Customer response automation
• Internal knowledge assistants
• Reporting bots
• Sales support tools
• Document automation

Data & Intelligence Systems

Develop AI tools for:

• Business analytics
• Market intelligence
• Decision support
• Predictive insights

Key Outcomes Expected

The success of this role will be measured by:

Required Skills

Strong understanding of modern AI tools and platforms

Experience implementing AI automation in real business environments

Familiarity with AI APIs, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI workflows

Experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, LangChain, etc.)

Ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions

Strong communication skills to work with leadership teams

Preferred Experience

Experience implementing AI inside large organizations or startups

Exposure to operations, manufacturing, or retail environments

Experience building AI agents or internal productivity systems

Understanding of data workflows and automation architecture
