Role Description

We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Head of Product Management with a strong technical background to lead and define our AI-driven marketing solutions. As part of the founding team, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling AI-first performance marketing products.

The role involves:

• AI-centric Product Strategy Conceptualising and building AI-powered marketing PaaS (Platform-as-a-Service) solutions.
• 
  
• AI Solution-Oriented Thinking Identifying high-impact AI applications in performance marketing.
• POC Research & Delivery Driving rapid prototyping and Proof of Concept delivery for new AI-based marketing tools, validating ideas with real-world use cases and customers.
• Hands-On Leadership Working closely with AI/ML teams, engineering, and marketing to ensure seamless product execution.
• Guiding Research & Market Trends Staying ahead of AI marketing trends, leveraging insights to guide AI product development.
• Driving Product Execution Managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and AI capabilities.
• Collaborating with AI & Engineering Teams Translating marketing needs into AI-driven solutions, optimising content and campaign performance.
• Customer & Market-Driven AI Innovation Leading customer research to identify AI-driven opportunities that enhance campaign ROI.

While the position is primarily based in Bengaluru, it offers flexibility for remote work in the initial phase.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong technical background preferably in AI, ML, data science, or engineering.
• Product Management expertise, with experience in AI-driven solutions, AdTech, or MarTech.
• Strong AI-first mindset ability to conceptualise, guide, and refine AI-powered marketing products.
• Experience working with AI/ML teams ability to bridge the gap between data science, engineering, and business needs.
• Hands-on approach ability to work directly with engineers, data scientists, and designers.
• Proven leadership in AI-integrated product development, guiding teams toward AI-driven marketing innovation.
• Experience in AI-powered customer acquisition, content automation, or performance optimisation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a deep understanding of marketing analytics and AI-enhanced conversion strategies.
• Ability to analyse AI trends and drive AI adoption in performance marketing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proven track record in high-growth product environments.
• Preferred Educational Background:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.Preferably from Tier 1 collages
• Business/marketing exposure is a plus, but technical education is strongly preferred.
• Must have 8Years + experience .

Monetary Compensation

As we are in the early stage, there will be no fixed salary until we raise funding. However, this is a core team role, and compensation will include equity incentives for the right candidate.
