Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Head of Administration to lead and oversee all administrative and facility management functions across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, process discipline, and the ability to manage a diverse team ensuring efficient operations and a high standard of workplace support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the administrative team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all offices/facilities.
- Develop and implement administrative systems, policies, and procedures that align with organizational goals.
- Oversee facility management, maintenance, housekeeping, procurement, and vendor management.
- Manage budgets for administrative operations and track expenditures for cost efficiency.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure company compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.
- Manage travel, logistics, and event coordination for internal and external activities.
- Provide senior management with reports and recommendations on operational improvements.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and performance-driven team culture.
Qualification:
- Graduate / Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- 12–15 years of experience in administrative operations
- Proven experience managing medium to large teams and multiple office locations.
- Strong budgeting, vendor management, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or administrative management systems.
