About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Accounts to lead the entire accounting and financial management function of the organization. The role involves overseeing financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, costing, budgeting, audits, cash flow management, and internal controls while supporting business growth through financial planning and strategic insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Export documentation & LC banking procedures.
- Oversee complete accounting operations and financial reporting.
- Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, etc.).
- Manage audits (Internal & Statutory) and coordinate with auditors.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Develop and implement financial policies and controls.
- Supervise accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and banking operations.
- Handle cash flow management and fund planning.
- Ensure timely tax filings and statutory payments
- Guide and develop the accounts team for improved performance
Key Skills & Competencies
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 815 years of experience in accounting & finance, with 3-5 years of leadership exposure.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and financial regulations.
- Experience in ERP/accounting software (Tally, SAP, etc.)
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
