They will be responsible for managing and supporting the teaching staff, developing and implementing instructional programs, assessing educational practices, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with other departments to plan and execute school-wide initiatives and events, providing professional development opportunities for staff, and monitoring student progress to ensure academic excellence.
