Role Description

This is a contract-based, commission-only position for a Senior Business Development Manager – IT Service. The role is fully remote, giving you the flexibility to work from your preferred location. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, building strategic relationships, generating leads, closing sales, and creating business opportunities in the IT services sector. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to craft and deliver tailor-made solutions aligned with client needs and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management
• Experience in IT Services, with expertise in Digital Transformation, Cloud & DevOps, AI & ML, and Automation Solutions
• Strategic Planning and Negotiation expertise
• Strong Communication and Presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet revenue targets
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is highly desirable
• Prior experience working under a commission-based structure is an advantage
