ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose Of The Role)
Responsible for leading and managing all MEP design and engineering activities across substations and allied infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities
Lead MEP design strategy, planning, and execution for HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, and allied systems. Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, NFPA, NBC, IS standards, and L&T quality norms. Guide and mentor MEP teams, review deliverables, and provide technical direction.
KEY INTERACTIONS
Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, and Architectural teams for integrated design. Collaborate with Procurement and Project Management for scheduling and cost control. Engage with clients and consultants for approvals and compliance. Liaise with vendors for technical evaluation and equipment integration.
Knowledge And Experience
Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred). Advanced certifications desirable. Proficient in English. 2025 years of experience in MEP design and leadership for substations, power plants, or infrastructure projects.
