Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing & Branding Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, build a strong brand presence, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing, brand building, and team management, with the ability to execute campaigns end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning- Develop and implement a strong brand strategy aligned with business goals
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels
- Define brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity
- Lead brand-building initiatives and campaigns
2. Digital Marketing Management- Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns
- Manage channels including:
- Social Media (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Paid Ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- SEO & Website optimization
- Email marketing & automation
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI
3. Team Leadership & Management- Lead and manage the marketing team (designers, content writers, performance marketers)
- Set KPIs and track team performance
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, product, operations)
- Manage external agencies/vendors
4. Content & Communication- Oversee creation of high-quality marketing content (blogs, videos, creatives)
- Drive storytelling and thought leadership
- Ensure alignment with brand voice across all content
5. Campaign Planning & Execution- Conceptualize and execute online & offline campaigns
- Launch product/service campaigns with measurable outcomes
- Handle events, partnerships, and PR activities
6. Analytics & Performance Tracking- Track and analyze key metrics (traffic, leads, conversions, CAC, ROI)
- Generate reports and insights for leadership
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data
7. Market Research & Competitive Analysis- Identify market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies
- Recommend innovative marketing approaches
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 510 years of experience in marketing & branding roles
- Proven experience in digital marketing and brand management
- Experience in team handling and leadership roles
Key Skills- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, CRM tools)
