What Youll Do

End-to-end FP&A ownership for a fast-scaling, multi-brand consumer ecosystem (Horocosmo, Gemsmantra, Occult Gurukul, The Pooja House, AAP).

Build and deliver brand-wise, channel-wise P&L (accrual basis) weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual.

Track and present EBITDA, PAT, unit economics (CM2/CM3), CAC:LTV, burn vs runway.

Lead annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial models that support strategic decisions.

Run deep variance analysis: budget vs actuals, spend vs ROI, campaign vs CAC.

Partner with Growth, Product, Ops, and Marketing leads to translate numbers into action.

Develop board-ready dashboards for CEO/COO with clean, decision-driving insights.

Evaluate new business lines, partnerships, and investments with ROI and risk frameworks.

Ensure audit-ready records and historical financial continuity since company inception.

Drive financial discipline across the org your word is final on numbers.

What Were Looking For

Education: CA / MBA Finance from a Tier-1/Tier-2 institute (IIM/ISB/XLRI/CA Rankers).

Experience: 610 years in FP&A / Corporate Finance at scaling consumer brands, e-commerce, or tech-first businesses with 100 Cr+ revenue exposure.

Proven record of building financial models, dashboards, and investor-grade reports.

Fluency in Zoho Books/QuickBooks + Excel (advanced) + BI tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau).

Sharp understanding of D2C economics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, gross margin, OPEX.

Business-first: you dont just report numbers, you explain the why and the what next.

Self-starter, detail-obsessed, and able to operate without a training wheel phase.
