Job Description

  • Lead the endtoend strategy, P&L, and growth of the lending business, ensuring strong revenue outcomes and sustainable economics.
  • Partner closely with product, data, analytics, and growth teams to refine lending journeys and optimise approval, adoption, and portfolio health.
  • Build and expand partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and ecosystem players to unlock new lending models and innovative credit products.
  • Oversee portfolio performance through robust risk management, underwriting frameworks, and datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Lead and mentor crossfunctional teams across partnerships, operations, and portfolio management.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory guidelines and responsiblelending practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • 12+ years of experience in consumer lending, digital lending, fintech, banking, or NBFC environments.
  • Proven track record in scaling loan portfolios or digital lending products.
  • Deep understanding of lending economics, underwriting, and partnerled credit models.
  • Strong experience collaborating with financial institutions and credit infrastructure partners.a
