Role Overview
The incumbent will be responsible for strengthening and driving Corporate Employee Solutions (CES) business through effective management of WBG relationships, deepening engagement with corporate stakeholders, enabling cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring seamless servicing for both NTB (New-to-Bank) and ETB (Existing-to-Bank) corporates. The role demands strong relationship management, coordination across internal teams, and execution of strategic initiatives to expand CES penetration.
Key Responsibilities
1. WBG Relationship Management
- Manage and deepen relationships with Wholesale Banking Group (WBG) partners to drive Corporate Employee Solutions business.
- Ensure strong collaboration for account sourcing, wallet expansion, and cross-functional business opportunities.
2. Corporate Induction & Channel Coordination
- Coordinate with the channel team for participation in corporate inductions and onboarding events.
- Drive account sourcing through effective communication, presentations, and engagement activities.
3. Cross-Sales & Co-Origination
- Identify and drive cross-sell opportunities on NTB corporate accounts.
- Partner with product and channel teams to enable co-origination initiatives for employee banking and other relevant products.
4. COCO Relationship Management (NTB/ETB)
- Manage and nurture both NTB and ETB COCO corporate relationships, ensuring seamless servicing and retention.
- Build long-term engagement plans to enhance product penetration and employee coverage.
5. Senior Management Engagement
- Lead engagements with corporate senior management and key decision makers (KDMs).
- Manage personal banking requirements of senior leadership and influencers within mapped corporates.
6. Branch Banking Collaboration
- Plan and facilitate meetings between Branch Banking senior leaders and corporate stakeholders.
- Drive alignment on acquisition, servicing, and cross-business opportunities.
7. Multi-Location Corporate Coordination
- Act as the central coordinator for multi-location corporates to ensure consistent sourcing and servicing.
- Collaborate with regional CES teams for unified execution of corporate engagement strategies.
8. Desk Activity Planning
- Plan and execute theme-based and activity-based desk initiatives within corporates to drive acquisition and engagement.
- Track performance and ensure consistent activation of corporate desks.
9. Revival of Inactive/Blocked Corporates
- Identify inactive or blocked COCO accounts and execute revival strategies.
- Work with internal teams to resolve issues and re-establish business potential.

Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related fields
- 15+ years of experience in Corporate Salary, Employee Banking, or Corporate Relationship roles
- Prior exposure to WBG / Corporate Banking coordination preferred
