Job Description

Leadership and Strategy:

Policy Development and Compliance:

  • Develop and implement medical policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational goals.
  • Establish quality benchmarks and monitor adherence to healthcare regulations and best practices.
  • Oversee risk management and ensure patient safety across all clinical services.

Clinical Excellence and Innovation:

  • Monitor and assess trends in healthcare and medical research to integrate advancements into clinical practices.
  • Foster a culture of innovation in medical services to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate and adopt new technologies and methodologies to maintain the organization's competitive edge.

Operational Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring efficient resource utilization and high-quality care delivery.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and professional development of medical staff.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies as needed.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Serve as a liaison between the medical team and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Represent the organization in medical forums, conferences, and regulatory discussions.
  • Build partnerships with external stakeholders, including hospitals, research organizations, and regulatory bodies.

Patient Care:

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in medicine (MBBS, MD, or equivalent).
