Job Description

Our client is seeking an exceptional business professional to lead sales efforts and drive revenue growth for a leading IT product organization. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by shaping sales strategies, managing high-performing teams, and expanding operations in both domestic and overseas markets.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage a dynamic sales team, focusing on collaboration and performance excellence.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and partners.
  • Oversee overseas sales operations, identifying growth opportunities and driving market penetration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing insights to align product and marketing strategies with customer needs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the ERP or IT product sector.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and leading teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing; MBA preferred.
  • Experience managing overseas markets and a willingness to travel internationally.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools.

Technical Skills & Behavioural Skills

  • Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
