Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Lead and manage a dynamic sales team, focusing on collaboration and performance excellence.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and partners.
- Oversee overseas sales operations, identifying growth opportunities and driving market penetration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing insights to align product and marketing strategies with customer needs.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the ERP or IT product sector.
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth and leading teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing; MBA preferred.
- Experience managing overseas markets and a willingness to travel internationally.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools.
