Experience:
- 10+ years of IT leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, ERP/MES systems, and industrial IT.
- Proven track record in process automation, IT efficiency, and digital transformation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Security & Risk Management
- Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies to safeguard plant systems (ERP, MES, SCADA, IoT).
- Establish and enforce IT policies, access controls, and compliance local regulations.
- Lead incident response planning, monitoring, and recovery efforts.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
Process Improvement
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to automate workflows and enhance production efficiency.
- Integrate shop-floor systems with enterprise IT for real-time visibility and analytics.
- Collaborate with operations to identify bottlenecks and deploy IT solutions that improve throughput.
- Champion continuous improvement using lean IT practices.
IT Efficiency
- Oversee IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud) ensuring high availability and resilience.
- Optimize IT budgets through cost-effective solutions, cloud adoption, and vendor negotiations.
- Establish KPIs for IT performance (uptime, response times, support resolution rates).
- Ensure scalability of IT systems to support plant growth and innovation.
User Experience & Support
- Deliver intuitive, reliable IT systems that reduce training time and improve productivity.
- Build responsive IT support channels with clear SLAs.
- Enable secure mobile and remote access for supervisors and engineers.
- Conduct training programs to improve digital literacy and adoption of new tools.
