It comprises of Iron Ore Goa, Iron Ore Karnataka, Iron Ore Odisha, Value Added Business, Sesa Cement and Sesa Coke - Gujarat & Maharashtra. The Sector has a unique competitive advantage of having operations in 5 States.

Roles and Responsibilities:

•To ensure the safe, sustainable & hazard free working area with proper compliance of safety standards and policies along with reporting of unsafe acts or conditions in the plant.

•Responsible for planning production, monitoring operations and maintenance, legal and statutory issues and compliances.

•Handling day to day operations of wet beneficiation plant to ensure quality output as per desired grade and business plan.

•Responsible for ensuring product management, stacking and managing inventory grade wise and tailings management as per business plan.

•To ensure the availability of all machineries & ensure maximum utilization of the plant as per the business plan projections.

•Bringing down the cost by effective preventive, predictive maintenances and preventing the failure of spares by effective RCAs.

•To conduct review and frame action on the deviation from optimum standards to reach the benchmarked availability across group.

Experience & Qualification:

B.E. in Mineral Beneficiation/Metallurgy/Chemical engineering with minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience in Mineral beneficiation plant operation/project Commissiong etc.
