Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Investor Relations professional to lead and manage the investor engagement strategy for our diversified agri-business conglomerate. The ideal candidate will be a CFA / CA with a strong sell-side background and a proven track record of building and maintaining robust relationships with the investor community.

Job Responsibilities

  • Investor Engagement & Communication:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with the company's long-term vision.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, and rating agencies.
  • Organize investor meetings, roadshows, earnings calls, and capital market events.
  • Financial Storytelling & Market Positioning:
  • Articulate the company's financial performance, strategic initiatives, and growth outlook effectively to the investor fraternity.
  • Prepare investor presentations, earnings releases, and Q&A documents in collaboration with finance and strategy teams.
  • Market Intelligence & Feedback:
  • Monitor market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Gather and analyze investor feedback to refine messaging and improve engagement.
  • Compliance & Governance:
  • Ensure all investor communications are compliant with SEBI regulations and global best practices.
  • Liaise with legal and compliance teams to manage disclosures and regulatory filings.

Educational Qualification

CFA / CA mandatory

Skills

  • Excellent network and credibility within the investor and analyst community.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
