Investment Management
- Oversee investment strategy and execution for Master Fund and Feeder Funds.
- Manage inbound and outbound fund structures, ensuring compliance with IFSC regulations.
- Execute trades and transactions of underlying funds with precision and risk control.
- Monitor fund performance, NAV calculations, and portfolio reporting.
- Ensure effective risk management frameworks are in place for all investment activities.
Finance & Corporate Management
- Lead finance function of the Fund Management Company.
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and board presentations.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and capital adequacy planning.
