Our Client is currently looking to hire a Director/Head of Investment Banking who would need to originate and execute corporate finance/investment banking assignments in Food & Agri-business and other potential sectors as the core revenue and profit generating product suite.
To detail more, the Candidate's role will be to lead the (i) Equity and Debt syndication in all stages of investment value chain i.e. Seed Capital, Angel Investing, Venture Capital, Private Equity (ii) M&A practice, including cross border transactions and (iii) any other corporate finance related product e.g. capital restructuring advisory. The incumbent will be a Member of Executive Committee.
