Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategies for the integrated channel to achieve sales and profitability targets within the life insurance industry.
  • Lead and manage a team to drive performance and achieve business objectives in the Mumbai region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners to enhance channel effectiveness.
  • Identify market opportunities and trends to innovate and stay ahead in the competitive insurance landscape.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment of strategies.
  • Drive compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements within the integrated channel.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on channel performance and key initiatives.
