The Head Inside Sales will lead and scale the inside sales function for BCT's IT services and product portfolio. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic pipeline generation, managing global inside sales teams, and enabling consultative selling across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy
- Define and execute the inside sales strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high performing inside sales team.
- Sales Execution
- Drive lead generation, qualification, and conversion for IT services and products.
- Create and manage multiple inside sales campaigns in collaboration with the
marketing team to drive targeted outreach and maximize lead conversion.
- Market Focus
- Target global markets (US, UK, APAC) for IT services and SaaS-based solutions.
- Develop account penetration strategies for enterprise clients.
- Performance Management
- Monitor KPIs, sales metrics, and pipeline health.
- Implement best practices for CRM usage and sales automation.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with delivery, product, and leadership teams to ensure customer success.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 15 years in IT services sales, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Domain Expertise: IT services, SaaS products, and digital transformation solutions.
- Global Exposure: Proven track record in US/UK/APAC/MEENA markets.
