Job Description

Country Head of GCC (in Hyderabad) to take end-to-end ownership of an established Global Capability Center and lead its next phase of scale and strategic evolution.

- This role carries a build-from-strength charter - expanding capabilities, driving global transitions, and positioning India as a strategic hub for enterprise operations.

Key Charter Areas:

- Own GCC strategy, operations, and growth roadmap

- Scale headcount, capabilities, and global footprint

- Lead transitions & migrations from global markets

- Drive delivery excellence, SLAs, and governance

- Manage global CXO stakeholder engagement

- Own financials - budgeting, cost, productivity, ROI

- Build and strengthen leadership bench

- Drive automation, AI, and digital transformation

- Operational Scope

Coverage across enterprise and healthcare value chain areas such as:

- Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

- Medical Coding & Billing

- Payer / Provider Operations

- Clinical / Pharma Services

- Healthcare Data & Analytics

- (Exposure to healthcare operations is preferred; not mandatory)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 16-22 years in GCC / Global Captives / BPM leadership

- Experience leading large-scale capability centers

- Managed 1,000+ FTE environments (preferred)

- Strong exposure to global stakeholders & transitions

- P&L ownership + transformation experience

- Healthcare / Life Sciences exposure - preferred, not mandatory
