Head - Human Resources

1.Creating and implementing HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.

2. Providing strategic HR guidance to the CEO and other top executives.

3. Overseeing the recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent. Managing onboarding processes for new employees.

4. Developing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

5. Implementing performance appraisal systems and strategies to optimize workforce productivity.

6. Identifying and grooming high-potential employees for future leadership positions.

7. Managing relationships between employees and employers, handling conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.

8. Fostering and promoting a positive organizational culture that aligns with the company's values and goals.

9. Developing and managing competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent

10. Overseeing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

11. HR policies and practices comply with local, national, and international labor laws and regulations

12. Promoting ethical behavior and ensuring HR processes are conducted with integrity.

Qualifications:

- MBA/equivalent degree in HR

- 12+ years experience in Human Resources

- Should have Initial experience in Sales

- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies

- Previous experience in NBFC/Fintech is preferred

- Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees

- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills

- Attention to detail and good judgement
