We are setting up a new GCC and are looking for a Head of HR with proven experience in building capability centers from scratch. This role will lead the full people strategy, talent build-out, and HR operations for a fast-scaling global hub.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up the entire HR function for a greenfield GCC.
- Drive org design, policies, HR operations, and governance.
- Build and scale talent acquisition across tech, digital, engineering, and corporate roles.
- Partner with global leaders on people strategy and workforce planning.
- Establish compensation, performance, and career frameworks.
- Lead leadership hiring and shape the GCC culture and EVP.
- Ensure compliance, employee experience, and HR tech implementation.
Ideal Profile
- 1522 years in HR with hands-on GCC build experience (greenfield preferred).
- Strong understanding of India talent markets.
- Track record of scaling teams rapidly in global matrix environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and execution ability.
