Job Description

Set up and institutionalize the entire HR function from scratch, including policies, SOPs, systems, governance frameworks, and HR operations.
Partner closely with promoter leadership on organization design, succession planning, leadership capability, and culture building.
Design and implement performance management, rewards, and retention frameworks aligned with business and project outcomes.
Ensure end-to-end statutory and labour law compliance, payroll governance, audits, and vendor management.
Drive employee engagement, grievance redressal, and disciplinary processes, reinforcing a high‑ethics, accountability‑driven culture.
Lead people-side change management to support professionalization, process standardization, and future growth.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will be a hands‑on, high‑maturity HR leader who can build structure from scratch, partner closely with promoters and embed governance while preserving a strong legacy culture.
