Job Description

Our Client is an Indian Multinational and is setting up a Greenfield EMS in North India. They are looking for a Head-HR, to lead and manage end-to-end Human Resources functions with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning; Plant HR Operations; Industrial Relations (IR); Employee Relations; Statutory Compliance & Governance; Performance Management & Development; In-depth knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances; Excellent negotiation, conflict management, and stakeholder management skills, etc.

Ideally, an MBA with 14-18 years of Plant / Corporate HR experience, preferably in EMS Industry. Has worked for a JV entity is preferred / green-field projects.
