You will be responsible for driving the complete lifecycle execution of high-value residential and commercial developments in Ahmedabad. This role demands absolute ownership of deliveryensuring projects are executed with precision, speed, and uncompromising quality. You will function as the central authority across design, execution, and commercial aspects, working closely with senior leadership to deliver projects that meet the highest standards of excellence.

About the Role

Lead end-to-end execution of multiple high-value projects from design freeze to final handover with full ownership of timelines, quality, and cost.

Establish and drive robust project planning frameworks, ensuring strict adherence to milestones and delivery schedules.

Oversee all phases of construction including structure, finishing, and infrastructure with strong focus on execution quality and detailing.

Drive seamless coordination between architects, structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure design intent is executed without deviation.

Own project budgets end-to-end with strong control over costs and commercial efficiencies.

Lead contractor onboarding, negotiations, and performance management across all work packages.

Implement proactive monitoring systems to identify delays, risks, and execution gaps, and drive immediate corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with statutory approvals, RERA regulations, and safety standards.

Drive value engineering initiatives to enhance quality while optimizing costs.

Conduct structured project reviews with senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and action plans.

Build and lead high-performance project teams across multiple sites with clear accountability.

About You

Civil Engineer (B.E./B.Tech), preferably with a Master's in Construction/Project Management.

1622 years of proven experience in real estate project execution with leading developers.

Demonstrated track record of delivering large-scale, premium or ultra-luxury developments end-to-end.

Strong expertise in construction execution, planning, cost control, and finishing quality.

Clear, structured communication and strong stakeholder management capability.
