This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Head - Fintech - Python position. The role involves leading and managing software development projects, overseeing end-to-end enterprise architecture planning, and spearheading collaborative efforts of the development team. The candidate will ensure adherence to project timelines, manage resources efficiently, and align objectives and deliverables with the organization's strategic goals. Key responsibilities also include mentoring the development team, solving technical challenges, and maintaining high standards of software quality.

• Strong expertise in Software Development, including hands-on experience with Python and related tools.
• Proven skills in Team Leadership and Team Management to lead and mentor cross-functional teams effectively.
• Solid experience in Project Management, with the ability to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Knowledge in Enterprise Architecture to design scalable, efficient, and robust technical solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in the fintech industry is highly desirable.
