Role Description
Origination is responsible for developing and implementing the Origination strategy and agenda for the groups/countries within their remit, in line with bank and/or Function's strategic objectives, ensuring adherence to bank policy and relevant legal/regulatory frameworks.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead client engagement across key corporate relationships, originate financing opportunities, and deliver integrated financing solutions tailored to client needs.
- Drive strategic conversations with promoters and senior management, anchored in strong credit understanding and structuring expertise.
- Develop, strengthen, and maintain longterm strategic relationships with large and midmarket corporates across West India, with a primary focus on Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and Pune.
- Achieve and exceed defined P&L targets, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and disciplined riskreturn outcomes.
- Leverage strong existing corporate relationships to expand the financing franchise and enhance market presence.
Your Skills And Experience
- MBA or Chartered Accountant from a recognized institution.
- 15+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Corporate Finance or Financing Coverage roles.
- Demonstrated track record in origination, and seniorlevel client engagement.
- Strong relationship network across corporates and promoter groups in West India.
