Head Finance

Job Description:

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Head of Finance to oversee the organisation's financial operations, budgeting, accounting, financial planning, taxation, and compliance while ensuring financial efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day finance, accounting, and financial reporting.
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, cash flow statements, and MIS reports.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and cost control across departments.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory audits, and applicable regulations.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll coordination, and working capital.
- Lead internal and external audits and strengthen financial controls.
- Coordinate with senior management and department heads on financial planning.
- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.

Job Expectations:

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Proficiency in ERP systems, advanced Excel, and financial MIS reporting.

Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.

Minimum Qualification:

CA / CMA / MBA in Finance or M.Com from a recognised institution.

Minimum Job Experience:

10-15 years of relevant experience, preferably in luxury hotels, resorts, or hospitality groups.
