Generate new mandates by cultivating relationships with promoters, PE funds, & family offices.

Investor Relations: Develop investor collateral, engage with FIIs, DIIs, MFs, and manage roadshows.

Monitoring equity markets, volatility, sector performance

Preparing pitch books and market commentary for internal advisors and clients. Strong understanding of capital markets

Financial modeling and valuation basics.

Strong background in Investment Banking/ECM with 15+ years experience.

Deep understanding of IPOs, QIPs, and listing processes.
