Our strength lies in delivering a comprehensive approach that addresses every friction point in solar adoption from finding the right installer to ensuring the right price, equipment, quality, and financing. We operate India's only RBI-licensed solar-focused NBFC and SunStore, a B2B marketplace that connects OEMs, distributors, and installation partners in a seamless ecosystem. This entire experience comes together on our integrated digital platform, allowing customers to manage their solar journey, from start to savings, in one place.

Role: Lead – Embedded Finance & Lending Partnerships (Build from 0→1)

We are building a financing layer on top of our B2B procurement platform for EPCs in the solar

ecosystem. The goal is to enable EPCs to access multiple financing options (NBFCs/Banks) at

competitive rates and improve transaction conversion.

What you will own:

- Build and close partnerships with NBFCs, banks, and fintech lenders

- Structure lending programs: Invoice financing, BNPL, project-based credit

- Negotiate interest rates, risk sharing, and program terms

- Create a multi-lender ecosystem and match EPCs to lenders

- Drive disbursals, approvals, and lender SLAs

Who you are:

- 5–8 years in NBFC/fintech lending or supply chain finance

- Experience in lender partnerships and credit programs

- Strong SME lending and credit understanding

- Builder mindset with execution focus

Good to have:

- Experience in co-lending or NBFC partnerships

We are not looking for someone to manage partnerships. We are looking for someone to build and own this vertical.
