Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee demand generation, digital marketing, content marketing, and brand positioning.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure high performance and innovation.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align marketing with revenue objectives.

2. Lead Generation & Demand Generation

  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns through SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target key accounts.
  • Optimize conversion funnels to improve marketing-generated revenue.

3. Brand Building & Thought Leadership

  • Strengthen the companys brand positioning in the IT services industry.
  • Manage public relations, media outreach, and partnerships to enhance visibility.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars.
  • Develop thought leadership programs, including executive branding on professional networking social media(LinkedIn, etc..).

4. Digital Marketing & Analytics

  • Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance and ROI.
  • Manage website strategy, ensuring user experience (UX) and lead conversion optimization.

5. Events & Partnerships

  • Plan and execute marketing efforts for industry conferences, webinars, and networking events.
  • Develop strategic alliances with technology partners (AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, etc.).

6. Customer Engagement & Retention

  • Develop marketing campaigns to enhance customer retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Manage customer advocacy programs, including testimonials and case studies.

Key Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT services or technology.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and brand building.
  • Experience in managing a marketing team and working with sales teams.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Expertise in SEO, PPC, ABM, and digital marketing analytics.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign performance measurement.
  • Aptitude to leverage latest cutting-edge technologies to enhance Marketing KPIs
