Job Location: Hyderabad (Areas to be covered: Pune, Bangalore, Vizag, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Kolkata)
Preferred Industry: Healthcare (Hospital/Diagnostic)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The Incumbent will be accountable for Sales/Revenue for Direct Marketing (BTL Channel)
- To drive the 5-6 Direct Marketing teams (approx. 30-32 team members) across 4-5 Geographies (Hyderabad, Vizag, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Kolkata, Pune etc.) to ensure achievement of Sales on a monthly basis.
- Reviewing the team's performance by conducting weekly/bi-weekly/monthly reviews and improving their productivity by regular training.
- Ensure BTL Activations are done in the above regions through the 4-5 teams and reviewing outcome of activities
- Majority of BTL Activations to be done in Corporates, PSUs (40% of all activations)
- Improve Direct Marketing (BTL) Business by assisting and guiding the team in their daily promotional events in field, training the Direct Marketing team in key aspects of Selling and pitching. Daily monitoring of the DMG team and generating leads for them to close.
- Responsible for Hiring, Training and Retaining of Sales team and tracking the productivity of each individual
Candidate Profile:
- MBA or an equivalent Business Administration degree with minimum 8-10 years of work experience in managing large teams in multiple region/zones
- Experience of Diagnostic/Hospital Industry is a must with focus on BTL Activations
- Should have the experience of handling remote regional teams and an exposure to major markets in India
- Should be ready for a mix of office and field work and extensive travelling to all the 4 or 5 regions
- Successful track record of managing a region/zone with consistent sales and revenue target achievement.
- A strong influencer to drive change and lead a large team of 30-35 direct and in-direct reportees
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and a self-starter
- Excellent communication, interpersonal relationship skills and strong leadership skills
- Ability to effectively inspire, influence and communicate cross-functionally across all levels of management, and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Good command over Microsoft Excel, Power-point and Google sheets
