Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Project Execution: Define and implement end-to-end execution strategies for premium residential and commercial developments.
Team Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors across all project phases.
Planning & Scheduling: Develop master schedules, milestone roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery.
Construction Oversight: Manage civil, MEP, and finishing works with strict adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Vendor & Resource Management: Oversee manpower planning, vendor mobilization, material procurement, and budget control.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal leadership, external partners, and government authorities to ensure alignment and approvals.
