Head Developer - Mumbai

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Project Execution: Define and implement end-to-end execution strategies for premium residential and commercial developments.

• Team Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors across all project phases.

• Planning & Scheduling: Develop master schedules, milestone roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery.

• Construction Oversight: Manage civil, MEP, and finishing works with strict adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Vendor & Resource Management: Oversee manpower planning, vendor mobilization, material procurement, and budget control.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal leadership, external partners, and government authorities to ensure alignment and approvals.

Qualifications

• 18-23 years in real estate development, project execution, and team leadership.
• Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Construction Management.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale developer-led projects.
• Strong knowledge of Mumbai's regulatory landscape and construction norms.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
