This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Head Design Wedding Trousseau. The role involves managing trousseau designs, creating innovative and visually engaging concepts, and overseeing the design process from conception to completion. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, developing product designs, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics, and leading a team to deliver high-quality results. The role also requires staying updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge and address client needs effectively.

• Expertise in Design Management to oversee processes and ensure project efficiency
• Proficiency in Visual Design and Product Design to create stunning, client-focused trousseau designs
• Strong skills in Branding and ensuring cohesive and unique brand aesthetics
• Knowledge of Interior Design to complement trousseau creations
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication abilities
• Passion for creativity and staying up-to-date with design trends
• Relevant educational background in Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Prior experience in wedding trousseau or luxury fashion design is an added advantage
