Job Purpose
The Head Design & Technical will lead the design management, new product development (NPD), product efficiency initiatives, and estimation ecosystem for quotes within the Eternia business. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, ensuring technical excellence, and enabling customer-centric solutions that strengthen Eternia's market leadership.

Training Content
> Ensure complete product and technical training developed with presentation & video-based pedagogy ready

R&D Lab set-up
