Job Description

  • Lead the overall strategy to improve how users discover, browse, and purchase across digital platforms, ensuring smoother journeys and higher transaction efficiency.
  • Develop and run structured experiments to refine product presentation, promotional constructs, and onsite experiences, using evidencebased insights to boost commercial outcomes.
  • Drive initiatives focused on customer repeat behaviour by enhancing engagement programs, nurturing highvalue cohorts, and improving longterm customer contribution.
  • Oversee communication flows across channels such as notifications, email, and messaging to deliver relevant, timely, and personalized lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Strengthen loyaltybuilding mechanisms by refining program structures, increasing participation, and ensuring consistent value delivery to returning users.
  • Build, mentor, and manage crossfunctional teams while collaborating closely with senior leadership to align digital priorities with broader business objectives
  • KPIs: Site merchandising, conversion, retention, loyalty, CRO and growth

The Successful Applicant


Successful candidate:

  • 7-16 years of experience in growth, revenue, product, or consumer internet roles.
  • Strong background in scaling online revenue for appfirst, D2C, ecommerce, or digitalled businesses.
  • Proven expertise in conversion optimisation, retention strategies, and CRMdriven growth.
  • Deep comfort working with metrics, cohorts, analytics, experimentation, and user segmentation.
  • Experience managing senior leaders and crossfunctional, multilayered teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and a bias for outcomes.
