It comprises of Iron Ore Goa, Iron Ore Karnataka, Iron Ore Odisha, Value Added Business, Sesa Cement and Sesa Coke - Gujarat & Maharashtra. The Sector has a unique competitive advantage of having operations in 5 States.

Iron Ore Karnataka (IOK) has seen significant growth by tripling its volumes from 2.2 MT to 7.2 MT in the last few years and has a potential to become the largest Iron Ore mining company in the state of Karnataka.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Plan and execute CSR interventions based on stakeholder needs, including impact assessments and continuous community engagement.

Develop and implement structured stakeholder engagement plans for internal and external stakeholders to ensure sustainable project execution.

Identify key areas for community development, ensure timely completion of campaigns, and strengthen relationships with shareholders and local communities.

Lead the Social Sustainability & Stakeholder Engagement module in VSAP, build independent teams across clusters, and oversee training and performance monitoring.

Utilize technology and analytics to monitor initiative progress and impact, and promote the organization's portfolio through awards, conferences, and media to enhance brand image.

Qualification & Eligibility:

MSW or MBA (Rural Management) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
